As the founding member of Carlson Partners, Ted Carlson charts the course for the company.  Prior to Carlson Partners, Ted enjoyed 12+ years of experience within the local office of an international brokerage firm, finishing his tenure as the top producer.  Ted’s strengths include business development, financial analysis, and negotiations; he helps our clients match business strategy with real estate strategy.  He will create an individual customized strategy to support your business needs, find the right space and structure a deal that fits your culture and maximizes every square foot of space. Ted has completed assignments in 40+ states with an aggregate value of over $2 billion.

A graduate of the UW-Madison real estate program, Ted has earned his CCIM & SIOR designations. 

Away from work, Ted is an avid water sports enthusiast, outdoorsman, family man and patriot.  His passion for others, especially Veterans, led him to his position on the Board of Directors for both The FEW and for Lifeworks. Ted and his wife Amy are the proud parents of Dani and Cody, and two black labs, Cabo and Hank.
